Contact us
Email applebeesrl@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
To help us answer quickly, please include: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, your Tour & Tee username, and — if it concerns a round or a payment — roughly when it happened. Please never send your password or full card number.
Getting started
Tour & Tee helps you arrange golf rounds, record scores, run challenges and events, and manage a golf organisation — including collecting a participation fee where an organiser sets one.
- Create an account with your email address.
- Set a username and display name — other players invite you by exact username.
- Optionally add your handicap and home club.
- Open Play to create your first round, or accept an invitation you have received.
Creating and signing into an account
Choose Create account on the welcome screen and register with your email address and a password. To sign back in, use Log In.
Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot password? on the login screen and we will email a secure reset link. It expires after 30 minutes — check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
Your email address is shown under Profile → Settings → Account.
Creating a match
Open the Play tab and use the create control, or the centre button in the tab bar for Quick Create. Choose the course, format and tee time, then invite players by their exact username. Published rounds appear under Upcoming; a round in progress appears under Live; unpublished ones stay in Drafts.
Open a round and use the ⋯ control for Round options — including Refresh and, if you organised it, Cancel match.
Invitations
Invitations work by exact username — there is no directory or browsing, by design. Ask the other player for their username, and check spelling if the app reports no player found.
Invitations you receive appear in the app; accepting one adds you to the round. If the round carries a participation fee, the amount is shown before you accept.
Participation fees on a paid match
An organiser may set a participation fee for a round, event or challenge. If so:
- the amount and currency are shown before you accept;
- you pay the organising entity, not another player;
- the result of the round does not change what you owe — it is not loser-pays, and there is no prize pool;
- depending on what the organiser enabled, you can pay by card or the organiser can record a cash payment.
You can see what you owe and what you have paid under Profile → Activity & Transactions.
Organisation setup
Organisation tools live under Profile → Organisation money. From the organisation card you can open Payments, Contacts, Reminders and Card payments.
Stripe setup for organisers
To collect fees by card, open Profile → Organisation money → Card payments and follow the Stripe onboarding. The Stripe account belongs to your organisation, and payments go to it — Apple Bee does not hold your funds.
Refresh status re-reads your current Stripe state. If Stripe still needs information from you, the screen says what is outstanding. Disconnect from Stripe stops Tour & Tee creating new payments on your account; it does not close, delete or transfer the Stripe account itself.
Payments and refunds
Organisers can record a cash payment, waive an amount, or refund a card payment from the organisation's payment screens. Participants can see their own history under Profile → Activity & Transactions.
Because the organising entity receives participation fees, a refund question is between you and that organisation first. If something went wrong technically — a payment that did not register, or a refund that has not appeared — email us and we will look into it.
Cancelling a round stops further collection on its fees; the organiser resolves anything already paid.
Subscription status
Open Profile → Subscription to see whether Premium is active on your account.
Restore Purchases
If you have reinstalled the app, changed device, or Premium is not showing after a purchase, open Profile → Subscription and choose Restore purchases. This restores entitlements already attached to your app store account. Make sure you are signed in to the same store account you purchased with.
Cancelling a subscription through Apple
Tour & Tee Premium is billed by the App Store, so it is cancelled there:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Tour & Tee and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting your Tour & Tee account. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us.
Notifications
Choose which notifications you want under Profile → Settings → Notifications. You can also withdraw permission entirely in your device settings.
Account deletion
To delete your account permanently, go to Profile → Settings → Account management → Delete account and confirm.
This is not a sign-out. Your sign-in identity, profile, rounds, scorecards and notification settings are deleted. Financial records and the security audit trail are kept in de-identified form for accounting, tax, fraud and dispute purposes — the detail is in the Privacy Policy.
If you own an organisation you must transfer or close it before your account can be deleted; the app will tell you if this applies.
Remember to cancel any App Store subscription separately.
Privacy requests
To ask what information we hold about you, to have something corrected, or to raise any other privacy question, email applebeesrl@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request" and the username on your account. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and why.
Reporting a problem
Email applebeesrl@gmail.com with what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, your username, and your device and iOS version. Screenshots help. For anything involving money, include the approximate date and amount.
